Shipping & Returns


Each item is made to order so please allow up to 5 business days for production on top of the below delivery times.


For orders within Japan, delivery is made via Japan Post Yu-Pack service (Standard Shipping). 

Prices include packaging fees. Free Standard Shipping applies to orders over 10,000JPY.

For orders outside of Japan, delivery is made via Express Mail Service-EMS (Express Shipping) or

Small Packet Registered (Standard Shipping). Please select shipping method at check-out.
Prices include packaging fees.
Free Standard Shipping applies to orders over 10,000JPY.

Standard Shipping - 2 business days

(+5 days for production)

~To Australia~ 

Express Shipping - 3 business days 3,200JPY Currently taking 6-7 days.

Standard Shipping - 7 business days 1,300JPY Currently taking 14-16 days.

(+5 days for production)

~To the rest of the world~

Express Shipping - 2~4 business days (depending on country)

Standard Shipping - 5~8 business days (depending on country)

Customs and duties

International deliveries may incur customs duties and taxes. The responsibility for any fees which may occur rest with the customer. 

Delayed shipping / lost or stolen items

Once items have been shipped and tracking numbers have been handed over to the customer, Boushi Boots will not be responsible for any shipment delays or lost/stolen items.

Exchanges and refunds

Each item is made with care and love and may show imperfections due to the nature of it not being mass produced in a factory. Please make your purchase with this in mind.

With that being said, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, send the item back within 7 days of receiving it (clean and unused) and you can either choose to exchange the item (for a product of equal or lesser value) or receive a full product refund (less shipping cost). In both cases, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping fee and re-shipping fee (in case of exchange). Simply email me at with your order details and the reason for the exchange or refund.
